Meet the Speaker:

Clark Wilkes is a Partner at Presidio Legal, P.C., specializing in the representation of start-ups and emerging growth companies throughout all stages of their life cycles, including corporate formation, structuring and governance matters, commercial transactions, venture capital financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Clark also has extensive experience representing venture capital investors in transactions of all sizes.

Prior to Presidio Legal, Clark managed the Dell Technologies Capital venture portfolio and counseled the Dell Technology Capital team on all venture capital related matters, including investments, exits, and corporate governance. Prior to his time at Dell Technologies Capital, Clark worked in the Baker Botts corporate group in its Palo Alto office where he represented start-up companies and worked on mergers and acquisitions.
