LinkedIn is full of news of workforce reductions and layoffs, and it is common to see people's profile photo with the green "open to work" ring surrounding their image. Large blue-chip companies have eradicated agile from their ranks, and practitioners everywhere wonder what to do next.

This session of the Agile Leaders SIG will be part talk, part discussion, part asking and answering questions. Erin will walk you through certain decisions, why she opted for and against certain credentials, and how she selects clients and teams for a wide base of skills and experience. Erin launched her coaching and consulting practice, Ad Meliora Coaching, at the dawn of the Covid-19 pandemic (February 2020, to be exact), an interesting time to start a business. She maintains that it was the best decision she ever made.
