Jan Ryan is a serial entrepreneur, founder of Women@Austin, an entrepreneurship professor at UT, and co-taught with Kendra Scott at the Kendra Scott Women in Entrepreneurship Leadership Institute. She currently serves on the Mayor's task force for Austin Women Entrepreneurs.

Joyce Durst is the CEO and co-founder of Growth Acceleration Partners (GAP), a strategic technology solutions partner in Austin, TX. She is an engineer by trade and a natural leader, leveraging 30+ years of experience in the software and technology industry.GAP recently exceeded $50 million in annual revenue. That's a feat that less than 1 percent of female founders ever achieve.

Hannah Cooper is Co-Founder and CEO of Cooper/Smith, founded in 2015, which is a technical assistance firm that uses data and analytics to improve global health and development programs. She is also a visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Austin’s Center for Innovations for Peace & Development.
