Leaders must often navigate complex systems, balance certainty and uncertainty, and maintain personal, relational, and role integrity. It's a high-stakes environment that sometimes challenges our ability to maintain personal, relational, and role integrity.
In this context, integrity often remains unexamined or burdened by moral judgment and self-reflection issues, which can hinder our effectiveness as leaders when dealing with complexity. Temporary lapses in integral leadership can lead us astray as we grapple with the demands of the systems we're part of and our own sense of integrity. However, it's possible to approach this reality without the baggage of moral judgment or self-doubt. By doing so, we open ourselves up to learning and growth while embracing the acceptance of our present reality and a renewed commitment to our roles as leaders.
This talk explores the concept of Leadership Integrity, shedding light on an approach that allows leaders to address these challenges without the burden of moral judgment or self-doubt.
Drawing from the Integral Model by Ken Wilber and a fresh perspective on values, this approach can be immediately applied to support teams and colleagues, helping leaders maintain authenticity. The discussion will include fundamental concepts from a comprehensive 10-week group coaching program dedicated to Leadership Integrity.
