Aaron will coach attendees on how to maximize their efforts in searching for a new role whether they're unemployed or currently employed as the tactics are similar. He will also discuss the mindset required to succeed in a job search that ultimately carries over to the salary negotiation process. Additionally, he will focus on how to handle the first phone call with the Recruiter which is when the negotiation actually starts so that you don't paint yourself into a corner when the job is offered to you.

Even if you are satisfied with your current role, this presentation will outline how you can keep a pulse on your value in the market. For those looking for their next job, this seminar will show you what you should be doing other than applying to job postings. Some of the many question he will cover include:
