Something More was founded by Julia McCurley in 2009. After a successful career in the world of high tech recruiting and business development, she realized those skills could be easily transferred to the exciting world of matchmaking and opened the doors of Something More in 2009. She is a Certified Matchmaker as deemed by the internationally recognized Matchmaking Institute and has helped hundreds of Austin singles on their journey to finding love. Julia has made countless appearances on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox affiliates and has been featured in many prominent publications such as the Huffington Post, Austin American Statesman, and the Austin Business Journal. She is also a published author! Julia has lived in Austin since 2003, is happily married and the mother of 3 beautiful children.
