About our moderator, Monique Wilson!
Monique Wilson is a Program Director at Charles Schwab. For over 11 years, Monique has been a dynamic and respected leader with a proven track record for successfully managing complex enterprise level programs and initiatives through the development life cycle. In addition to program management, Monique is passionate about agile processes, business process re-engineering, and change management. She has been recognized in her field for turning around struggling initiatives and building teams. Monique received her MBA from Johns Hopkins University. Her hobbies include saltwater reef keeping, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Sergio Cavazos - Managing Director at Charles Schwab
Sergio Cavazos began his Schwab career in 1999 at CyberTrader, a Charles Schwab subsidiary. He has extensive experience within our service organization, helping clients and employees “own their tomorrow.” Sergio is currently a Managing Director within Client Service & Support and site leader for the Austin retail contact center. He leads various national business lines, including Chat & Email, Derivatives Services and the Trade Support Group. Sergio is active within our Employee Resource Groups, serving as executive coach for the Austin chapter of Schwab Organization of Latinxs (SOL).
In his spare time, Sergio enjoys attending live music events, listening to audio books and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle when it’s not too hot.

Payton Pangburn - CIT - M&A Software Product Manager at Visa
Payton Pangburn has two professional passions – Master Data Management and Mentoring. Volunteering has always been a part of her passion path, she served as PTO President, Cub & Boy Scouts Mom and on the Tulsa Girls Art School Board as President. Since joining Visa four years ago, she has been involved in the Visa Women in Tech (WiT) Employee Resource Group and leads the Mentoring/Networking Pillar committee. Activities have included Speed Mentoring, Mentoring Circles and more recently 1:1 Networking chats and Virtual Circles during this virtual year.

Juliana Richard - Director of Product Management, Mobile
For over a decade Juliana has focused on launching new technologies that improve the productivity, safety and enjoyment of professionals in healthcare and the construction industry. As the Director of Product Management at Procore, Juliana leads the mobile division in connecting all construction professionals in the field. Previously, Juliana has specialized in the launch of mobile applications focused on physician engagement, AI triage, clinical productivity (EHRs) and monetization at the Advisory Board Company (now Optum), Athenahealth, Babylon Health, and WellSky. Juliana started her career in health policy, working for Senator Harkin in the US Health, Education, Labor and Pensions office and then working at the Advisory Board Company (now part of Optum) as a policy consultant for the White House's National Economic Council, VA Innovation Center, and Senate Finance Committee .
