About this month's event and speaker, Nicole Pletka!

Nicole is a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in Project Management. Starting her career in anthropology and environmental science, she found her passion for tech by using GIS to answer archaeological hypotheses in her Master’s research. She is an expert at Program and Portfolio Management, Project Management Office Implementation, and Iterative Software Development Lifecycles. Nicole has found success in industries including software, hardware, consulting, and the public sector. She excels at making order out of chaos - coordinating teams that collaborate effectively and enjoyably. She believes in strengths-based leadership, self-organizing teams, and the power of a great handshake.
