| Shelly Duggal Shelly transitioned into the tech industry following a career as a healthcare provider. Her passion for using technology to help others drove her to teach herself to code, participate in hackathons, and eventually led her to a role as a product manager. Shelly volunteered as the Website Manager for Austin Women in Technology since the spring of 2017 and joins the board as Technology Director starting fall of 2017. She brings to the board extensive leadership experience in non-profit organizations. |
