The Association for Women in Technology Austin (AWTAustin) is a not-for-profit organization comprised of women who work in, with, or have a passion for technology and who want to grow personally and professionally in order to make a lasting impact on our community.
The cornerstones of the AWTAustin mandate are connect, learn, grow and lead. These are supported in the following manner:
Connect: : Events and conferences provide enlightening, motivational and fun networking opportunities for women in technology.
Learn: Business and technology training such as lectures and discussions promote the enhancement of our members' capabilities and expertise.
Grow: Thought leadership, and mentoring foster personal and career growth to help members move into action, create change and inspire others as well as themselves.
Lead: Opportunities to be involved encourage members to gain a full picture of their leadership strengths and enable them to make a difference within their organization, family and community.
